You’ll help clients plan unforgettable vacations by designing custom itineraries based on their interests, preferences, and budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to learn about their ideal getaway, preferences, and budget.

  • Travel Research: Identify destinations and activities that align with client expectations—from must-see sights to hidden gems.

  • Itinerary Design: Create personalized, day-by-day travel plans featuring accommodations, excursions, and local experiences.

  • Transportation Planning: Coordinate flights, ground transfers, rental cars, and other travel logistics to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Budget Planning: Work within budget guidelines while delivering high-quality experiences. Leverage deals, packages, and upgrades.
