Job Description
Take ownership of the entire loan processing lifecycle in this dynamic role combining finance expertise with client service excellence. You’ll be the key point person managing commercial real estate loan requests from initial intake through final package distribution, working directly with clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones. This position offers the perfect blend of structured processes and creative problem-solving, as you’ll handle everything from document collection to package creation while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Process incoming commercial real estate loan requests through multiple channels (email, phone, web forms)
Create and maintain detailed deal records in Monday.com CRM system
Establish and manage document collection processes using Dropbox
Conduct initial client intake calls following a structured nine-point checklist
Build comprehensive loan packages for commercial real estate transactions
Distribute completed packages to network of 7-10 lending partners
Maintain organized follow-up communication with clients and lenders
Handle basic client interactions for information gathering and updates
Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the company scales
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, banking, or loan processing
Strong English communication skills with professional phone manner
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com experience beneficial)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with document management systems (Dropbox)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Dedicated quiet workspace for client calls
Philippines-based preferred
